Messy Monkeys also refers to our franchisees who license our brand and software.
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number – ZA268033
All our UK franchisees are registered with the ICO – for details of their registration numbers please contact Messy Monkeys LTD via email at info@messy-monkeys.com. Oversees franchisees will follow local guidelines and you should contact them, directly if you want further information.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the ‘DPA’) and in-line with the European Union General Data Protection Regulations (the ‘GDPR’) Messy Monkeys LTD is the Data Controller.

What we do with your information

These statistics are drawn from a dataset which does not contain any information from which you can be identified.

Information you give us – this is information about you that you give us by completing our registration form on our Website or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. We only request from you the minimum data required for you and your children to use our service. The information we require from your children is their first name, last name, date of birth and any allergen information. The information we require from our parents is your first name, last name, full residential address, a functioning email address, a telephone number and a further emergency contact number.

Messy Monkeys HQ and each individual franchise may share the data we collect with an external email provider MailChimp to enable us to send emails utilising their formatting tools. If using their serviced, Messy Monkeys LTD and each franchisee will have a Data Processing Agreement with Mail Chimp, who in turn have their own Privacy Policy
